Ceyla is a leadership consultant and professional coach with over 15 years of experience across corporate HR, academia, and consulting. She specializes in leadership development, team effectiveness, psychometrics, and organizational transformation.
She has worked with organizations across banking, FMCG, oil & gas, defense, pharma, automotive, and technology sectors throughout Türkiye, EMEA, and APAC.
